Company Policies

SEALINE needs your personal information to provide the best service and security for you, it is necessary that customers and / or travel agencies provide us with the following information for any transportation service required:

  • Airline and flight number. (Arrivals)
  • Full name of at least one of the passengers. (Sign for Arrival)
  • Name of the Hotel where you are staying.
  • Name of place where passengers will be picked up or dropped of.
  • Let us know if you are traveling with extra luggage, bicycles, golf clubs, boxes, chairs for children or babies, etc, to assign the correct vehicle.
  • Let us know if you will need babysits in case you don't want to bring yours.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

ARRIVALS

It is necessary to provide the name of the airline and flight number, we constantly check that flights come in on time to avoid delays or early flight and this is just to provide you a better and a profesional service.

Remember a phone number always help both parties just in case you cannot find your "Sign" or you get confused at the exit. (Optional)

  • The driver will be waiting outside Terminal 2 (T2) with your name on a sign.
  • If you arrive to Terminal 1 (T1), follow the departure of groups.(Wich is located on the right side right after customs)

DEPARTURES

It is necessary to provide the schedule of your flights, the location where you will be picked up and respect the hours when the driver arrives. There is a maximum 15 minutes tolerance after the appointed time; a charge will apply for any time exceeded after this.

  • In case you want to change the location of your pickup service, you need to let us know with time in advanced (24hours)
  • The rate could change in case the pickup service is not in the same area from the one initially agreed upon.

CANCELLATIONS

  • All cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance otherwise no refund will be provided.
  • Changes can be made up to 5 hours prior to the service that is to be provided.
  • Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed, service will depend on vehicle availability.
  • A Reservation may be transfer, only if the time for the service is the same as the original. If it changes, it will be subject to availability and other charges may apply.
